Iran: Political prisoners in Gohardasht prison honor memory of Kazemi and Haj-Aghaie

NCRI- The political prisoners in Gohardasht notorious prison, honored the memory of two heroic political prisoners on the second anniversary of their loss.

Kazemi and Haj-Aghaie were arrested and later executed on the 24 January, 2011 for their role in organizing the 2009 uprisings in Iran and their active support for the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK).

According to the news received from Gohradasht, the political prisoners in Ward 12 of the prison commemorated the second anniversary of the fall of their heroic friends. The prisoners honored their memory by singing patriotic songs and recalling their memories. The ceremony took place at 21:30 local time with the participation of all prisoners at Ward 12 of Gohardasht prison.
