                  Workers’ protests increasing in Iran

Iran: 1,500 communications workers rally outside Tehran’s Majlis

1,500 communications workers from various provinces staged a rally outside the regime’s Majlis (parliament) in Tehran on Saturday, June 14th, protesting their contract status, insurance and salaries, the state-run ILNA news agency reported. They also rallied outside the regime’s public prosecutor’s office in Tehran located in the Arg Square.

Gold retailers in Tabriz & Urumieh continue strike

The strike of Tabriz and Urumieh bazaars, entering its fourth week, continued on Saturday, June 14th. According to reports obtained from gold retailers in Tabriz and Urumieh remain closed with their stores completely shut.

Iran Tire workers hold protest gathering

Over 300 deprived workers of the Iran Tire Company staged a rally on Saturday, June 14th, outside Tehran’s so-called Mostazafan Foundation, the regime’s plundering entity.
These workers are protesting not receiving their demands and their working status remaining in a limbo. The protesting workers held placards demanding the incompetent directors of this company to be fired and their demands be responded to.

Iran: workers of Sangroud Steel Industries in Rudbar stage protest rally

A group of workers and retired employees of the Sangroud Steel Industries staged a rally outside the regime’s retirement center in this city, protesting not receiving their pensions for the past two months.
Over 2,000 Sangroud miners have been retired, and in addition to delayed pensions they are also demanding the discord regarding their pensions over the past two years. 

Iran: Baba Heidary stone miners in Farsan stage protest rally

A group of workers in the Baba Heidar stone mine in Farsan of the Chahar Mahal and Bakhtiary rallied on Thursday, June 12th, outside the regime’s governor office in this city, protesting not receiving their salaries for the past two months.
The workers said they will continue their protests until they receive their delayed paychecks.
