Reuters: increasing arms support from Iran for Iraqi militants

Reuters reported on Iran meddling in Iraq and Revolutionary Guards members being killed saying Colonel Shirkhani was killed inside Iraq, showing Iran has entered its ground forces into its western neighbor. At least two IRGC members have been killed in Iraq since June. These cases clearly show Iran has increased its military presence in Iraq. 
Regional experts also believe the IRGC has increased its financial and arms support for Iraqi militants.
