World Medical Association calls for the freedom of Ayatollah Boroujerdi

                     
The World Medical Association, WMA, called for the immediate freedom of the political prisoner, Ayatollah Kazemini Boroujerdi who is spending time for his 11-year sentence in the notorious Evin Prison . 
Dr. Xavier Deau, President of the WMA reminded that Ayatollah Boroujerdi needs urgent medical attention. 
The letter signed by the WMA also includes that based on Amnesty International report, Ayatollah Boroujerdi is suffering from multiple illnesses including Diabetes, Asthma, Parkinson, Kidney diseases, heart problem and severe pain in his back and legs. He has also lost the sight in one of his eyes and his health is deteriorating fast to the extent that he cannot stand on his feet and fells down continuously.
