Iran: Gathering of unemployed engineers in front Engineering Association in Ardebil

Unemployed engineers of Ardebil Province, western Iran, staged a gathering on Thursday Feb. 26th. The head of the engineering association acknowledged that there are a great number of jobless graduates in different fields of engineering, and promised to enter them into the jobs market!

Iran Students at Tafresh University chanted "student will not give in, even if it costs their lives"

On Saturday Feb. 28th, Mullahs’ plain cloths Basij agents converged at Tafresh University campus to protest suppressive measures imposed on them by the Basij groups being provoked and backed by the regime’s authorities in the University. Using loud speakers, they started to read a bold and threatening statement addressing students, including threats made against students to dismiss them from continue studying in the university.
When the students saw the Bassij gathering and the presence of regime’s mercenaries, booed them, and shouted slogan saying: 'student will never give in, even if it costs their lives '. 
Bassij mercenaries who did not expected such a strong reaction, tried to control the crowd by threatening the students verbally, but they again faced angry reaction from the students and had to retreat themselves.

Tehran: Protest gathering by Pegah Company laid off workers

Dozens of laid off workers of Pegah Company staged a protest gathering in front of the southern and western Welfare Office on colonel Sakhaee Rd. on Monday Mar. 2nd. Workers of the regime judiciary Welfare Ministry condemned Nategh nouri; head of the company for his anti-labor policies and behind the scene deals against workers’ rights. They demanded that the dismissed workers be returned to their works and receive compensations for damaging inflicted on them due to the dismissal.

Tehran: protest gathering of more than 150 truck drivers

Drivers and owners of more than 150 T300 China-Manufactured trucks gathered in front of the company located on Makhsus Road in Tehran to protest extortion and plundering by SAIPA state company management. Drivers say: they have delivered Chinese trucks to us instead of Japanese trucks which we had ordered. The prices of these Chinese trucks are half as much as the Japanese which we paid for. They also said that they are under pressure to pay full payment while the trucks continue to break down and are not worth the money paid for. They claimed that nobody is willing to answer their grievances and are left in cold.
