Sulmaz Ikdar, a journalist, social activist and women-children’s rights activist was arrested on June 15. She had prior to this been detained in June 2011 during a burial ceremony held for political prisoner Hoda Saber who died in prison.
She was also arrested once before in August 2008 in the Khavaran cemetery during a ceremony held for the political prisoners massacred in 1988 that have been buried in mass graves at the site.
