Shocking video of moment building collapses in Iran flood

NCRI - Dozens have been killed and many more are missing in Iran in the past 36 hours after parts of the country were engulfed in flash floods following a major storm in and around the capital Tehran.
A shocking video clip has emerged of the moment a building collapsed earlier on Monday in Savadkuh, in northern Iran, due to floods after heavy rainfall.
Iranian opposition leader Mrs. Maryam Rajavi condoled the relatives of the floods in the capital and other parts of the country.
Mrs. Rajavi, President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), said: "The vulnerability of Iran’s cities, villages and roads is yet another dimension of the destructive policies of the mullahs' regime which is wasting the Iranian nation's treasures in the nuclear abyss and for its policy of exporting crises and terrorism in the region."
Over the past 36 years, the regime in Iran has ignored the plight of ordinary Iranians and it has failed to reinforce weak or shabby buildings.
A fierce storm and heavy rain swept through northern, central and western parts of Tehran and its suburbs late on Sunday.
The ensuing floods caused widespread damage in the capital and destroyed the infrastructure in nearby villages.
There were conflicting reports in Iranian state media regarding the number of casualties, but reports we have received from inside Iran say that more than two dozen people are confirmed to be dead.
