Iran: identity of executed victim in Minab

Unofficial sources have revealed the identity of an individual recently executed in Minab prison.
This individual, Sa’adat Shah Karam Rigi, was 30 years old and from the city of Iranshahr, southeastern Iran. Rigi was transferred to solitary confinement on Thursday, August 13 along with 3 other prisoners.
