An ad surfaced a few days ago on a wall written by a young couple saying due to extreme poverty and the need for money to save their child from hunger, the mother and father have decided each to sell one of their kidneys. Their son is suffering from hemophilia and the father has lost a leg due to cancer. He cannot work and no one is helping him. Therefore, the couple has decided to sell their kidneys so their son can receive medical treatment he needs and their children would not live in poverty… This is what many people have to go through in the wealthy country, Iran that has the second largest oil reservoir in the Middle East.
