Iran: Chants of "Death to the dictator" and "Death to the principle of velayat-e faqih" by political prisoners at Gohardasht Prison

Mashallah Haeri was returned to prison from hospital despite paralysis and stroke
On Monday October 26th, political prisoners of Hall 12, Section 4 of Gohardasht prison, protested riot prison guards’ attack in this section and brutal inspection, chanting "Death to the dictator" and "Death to the principle of velayat-e faqih".
The attack was carried out by 100 guard mercenaries led by an executioner by the name of Moradi, and with the pretext of inspecting the hall. Following searching all prisoners, the repressive agents threw them out, and in order to exert pressure and persecute prisoners, threw the belongings of the prisoners, destroying many of them.
On the other hand, on Monday night (October 26), the torturers returned back Mr. Mashallah (Hamid) Haeri, 64, a political prisoner sympathizer to thePMOI to prison, despite his critical condition. The day before, after a week of severe pain and prevention of treatment by executioners, he lost his control and suddenly fell on the ground.
Executioners took him to hospital while his hands and feet were in chains. It is said he had a stroke and is paralyzed from the waist due to delay in treatment. Torturers prevented Mr. Haeri from visiting his family.
The Iranian Resistance calls on international human rights bodies, especially the High Commissioner for Human Rights and the relevant rapporteurs, especially the Special Rapporteur on the human rights situation in Iran, to take immediate action to stop the acts of repression against prisoners, and allow full access to necessary medical services for all prisoners especially Mr. Haeri.
Systematic denial of access to medical services to prisoners under whatever pretext is a prime example of a crime against humanity and violation of many international laws and treaties, and those responsible should be tried and punished for crimes against humanity.
