Iran political prisoner, Ali Moezzi has been transferred to the Notorious Evin Prison

Political prisoner, Ali Moezzi in the notorious Evin Prison

Iranian political prisoner, Ali Moezzi who has been confined to the solitary cells of the notorious Evin Prison since last Tuesday and whose two children are currently living in Camp Liberty in Iraq, was moved to his new exile, Ward-8, in what is described as the worst part of the Evin Prison.
Khamenei’s mercenaries in Karaj Central Prison, west of Tehran, transferred last Tuesday Mr. Moezzi out of that ward to another prison. He was told that he would remain in the same city, but was moved to the quarantine (solitary) in Evin.
He was last arrested four years ago for taking part at the funeral of Mr. Mohsen Dogmechi who was also a political prisoner executed for his political beliefs. Mr. Moezzi has been under psychological and physical torture by the infamous intelligence ministry.
He is suffering from prostate cancer and kidney diseases. But he was arrested despite his severe illnesses. His family’s efforts to secure his release or at least provide medical care for him have been hampered by the prison authorities.
