Iran: six Baluchi minorities arrested by repressive police


Waves of arrests in Iran

The repressive police in Sistan & Baluchistan Province, southeastern Iran, have in recent days arrested six young Baluchi minorities from the Zard Kuh region and transferring them to an unknown location, reports on Sunday, December 13th indicate.
The families of those arrested individuals have not received any answers from Iranshahr security entities, and they have no information of their loved ones’ whereabouts.
These youths have been arrested in response and revenge of a police unit falling into an ambush last week in the Naygon region of this province.
The names of those recently arrested are:
1. Jassem Reisi, resident of Nok Abad Zardkuh
2. Farshad Zardkuhi, resident of Nok Abad Zardkuh
3. Molabakhsh Khadir Nok Abad Zardkuh
4. Behzad Kalkali Nok Abad Zardkuh
5. Anvar Kalkali Nok Abad Zardkuh
6. Abdulhamid Pirkezhi Khadir Mirjave in the Sarbaz region
