Security police in East Azerbaijan Province, located northwest Iran, arrested four individuals for the “crime” of “yelling too loud”. These four individuals were then paraded in the city of Tabriz.

Man who filmed and posted video images on the Internet was paraded in Tehran by state security agents. State-run news agencies identified this individual as “A. Sh.”. Shalikar, commander of the district police described the individual as a hooligan and had him paraded around the city to serve as a lesson for others!
