Iran: Coronavirus death toll exceeds 366,400

 For the second day in a row, the COVID-19 death toll exceeded 2,000

• Regime’s Medical Equipment Department: The most unprecedented COVID-19 viral attack is underway. Remdesivir consumption increased by tenfold in 72 hours. (State TV, August 16, 2021)

The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) announced on Monday, August 16, 2021, that the Coronavirus death toll in 547 cities is more than 366,400. The number of victims in Tehran has reached 86,196, Isfahan 24,530, Khorasan Razavi 23,635, Khuzestan 22,906, Mazandaran 14,230, Lorestan 13,300, West Azerbaijan 13,068, Fars 12,832, Gilan 12,135, Sistan and Baluchestan 10,835, Alborz 10,748, Qom 10,560, Kerman 9,288, Golestan 8,735, Central Province 7,218, Kermanshah 6,633, Yazd 6,398, Hormozgan 6,330, Kurdistan 5,907, North Khorasan 4,944, Ardabil 4,460, Ilam 3,688, and Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari 2,925.
