A group of women teachers in this city, all having 20 to 25 years of experience, protested on Wednesday, July 24th, for not receiving any of their pensions since March 20 13. This rally was held outside the regime’s education department and police forces dispersed the teachers to not allow the growth of this rally.

According to reports received from this city on Tuesday, July 22nd, people in this city clashed with regime police forces. This scuffle erupted when regime agents beat a 55-year old man under the pretext of eating during fasting hours. They used force pulling him out of his car. People witnessing this scene protested and clashed with the residents. The repressive regime agents used batons and pepper spray to fight off the crowd.
