On Tuesday, August 9th a Kurdish woman from the city of Bane was attacked by four individuals on a beltway road. They splashed acid on the woman, seriously wounding her back and chest. An informed source identified the woman as Afsane Ghorbani, 37.
“This woman is currently in Sanandaj Hospital under medical care,” the informed source said.
4 Kurdish women from the city of Bukan were also attacked with acid on the evening of July 14, leaving them extremely wounded. These four Kurdish women were attacked while walking on the Kurdistan-Bukan Boulevard by the passengers of a Pride model vehicle.
