Political prisoner Azam Najafi, who was arrested on November 28th while protesting outside of Evin Prison along with families of political prisoners, surpassed her 9th day on hunger strike.
She has been protesting the regime’s judiciary officials, who have demanded she accept the accusations dictated by the mullahs.
Najafai opposes the execution of activist Mohammad Ali Taheri, and she was beaten while being arrested by security agents. Her leg was severely injured in the incident. She launched her hunger strike on December 7th.
