Iran: Chants of "Death to the dictator" and "Death to the principle of velayat-e faqih" by political prisoners at Gohardasht Prison

Mashallah Haeri was returned to prison from hospital despite paralysis and stroke
On Monday October 26th, political prisoners of Hall 12, Section 4 of Gohardasht prison, protested riot prison guards’ attack in this section and brutal inspection, chanting "Death to the dictator" and "Death to the principle of velayat-e faqih".
The attack was carried out by 100 guard mercenaries led by an executioner by the name of Moradi, and with the pretext of inspecting the hall. Following searching all prisoners, the repressive agents threw them out, and in order to exert pressure and persecute prisoners, threw the belongings of the prisoners, destroying many of them.
On the other hand, on Monday night (October 26), the torturers returned back Mr. Mashallah (Hamid) Haeri, 64, a political prisoner sympathizer to thePMOI to prison, despite his critical condition. The day before, after a week of severe pain and prevention of treatment by executioners, he lost his control and suddenly fell on the ground.
Executioners took him to hospital while his hands and feet were in chains. It is said he had a stroke and is paralyzed from the waist due to delay in treatment. Torturers prevented Mr. Haeri from visiting his family.
The Iranian Resistance calls on international human rights bodies, especially the High Commissioner for Human Rights and the relevant rapporteurs, especially the Special Rapporteur on the human rights situation in Iran, to take immediate action to stop the acts of repression against prisoners, and allow full access to necessary medical services for all prisoners especially Mr. Haeri.
Systematic denial of access to medical services to prisoners under whatever pretext is a prime example of a crime against humanity and violation of many international laws and treaties, and those responsible should be tried and punished for crimes against humanity.

FRENCH NATIONAL ASSEMBLY CONFERENCE

Maryam Rajavi: Regime change and democracy in Iran, key to crisis in the Middle East and conquest of extremism
Seventy French parliamentarians made improved relations with Iranian regime contingent upon improved human rights
In a conference on Tuesday, October 27, at the National Assembly of France, the Iranian Resistance's President-electMaryam Rajavi asserted that the systematic and flagrant violations of human rights in Iran is the other side of the coin marked by the Iranian regime's export of terrorism and fundamentalism which has driven the Middle East to the verge of war. The Middle East needs peace and tranquility and this is only possible by regime change in Iran and its key is in the hands of the Iranian people and Resistance, she proclaimed.
Any engagement with the ruling religious fascist regime and its president prevents change in Iran and works against democracy and human rights, Mrs. Rajavi added. Furthermore, it is detrimental to peace and tranquility in the region and fuels extremism. She said: Economic investment in this faltering regime is only a mirage.
The conference was sponsored by the Parliamentary Committee for a Democratic Iran headed by Mr. Dominique Lefebvre, member of the French National Assembly. A number of deputies including Mr. Bruno Le Roux, president of the Socialist Group; Michel Terrot; Stephane Saint-André; Martine Carrillon-Couvreur; Pierre Aylagas; Jean-Patrick Gille; Jean Lassalle; Catherine Quéré; as well as Senator Jean-Pierre Michel attended and some addressed the conference. Mr. Nazir Hakim, secretary of the political board of the National Syrian Coalition; Dr. Alejo Vidal Quadras, former Vice-President of the European Parliament and President of the In Search of Justice Committee; Mr. Taher Boumedra, former human rights director of the United Nations Assistance Mission in Iraq - UNAMI, in charge of the case of Camp Ashraf at the United Nations, also spoke to the gathering.

The Parliamentary Committee for a Democratic Iran announced at this conference that 70 National Assembly deputies from various parties had issued a declaration calling on the Government of France to make its diplomatic relations with the Iranian regime contingent upon improvement of human rights, halt to executions, freedom of political prisoners and respect for democratic freedoms in Iran. The signatories believe that a democratic Iran is the essential requisite for regional stability and to this end, the Iranian Resistance and the ten-point plan of Maryam Rajavi for a democratic, non-nuclear Iran based on separation of religion and state and women's equality must be supported.
Maryam Rajavi pointed to recent remarks by Rafsanjani admitting that the clerical regime launched its nuclear program with the objective of producing a bomb. He said that the project was being followed up personally by himself and by Khamenei. Rafsanjani said the regime had no choice but to accept the nuclear agreement. This is why the mullahs have undertaken a more aggressive policy to compensate for their retreat. The astronomical rise in executions, escalated warmongering in Syria and continued siege and oppression of Iranian refugees in Camp Liberty are examples of this policy.
The Iranian Resistance's President-elect said: Many in the West think that the mullahs' belligerence emanates from their power. They thus seek to engage the regime in resolving the crisis in the region that actually they are its prime cause. They overlook the regime's fundamental weaknesses and fail to notice the elements of change in Iran. If it were not for the mullahs' all-out support for Assad and Maliki, ISIS could not develop, 300,000 Syrians would not have become victimized and there would not have been a tidal wave of refugees flooding Europe.
Rajavi proclaimed: The policy of turning a blind eye on the regime's interferences in the region must be ended. The solution to the crisis in Syria is eviction of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) and giving concrete support to the opposition to achieve a Syria without Bashar al-Assad.

The Iranian President-elect called on the international community, particularly the European Union and the United States to fulfill their pledges for the protection of Camp Liberty and termination of its inhumane blockade.

Iran cracks down on satellite TV viewers out of fear of uprising

Iran regime police chief has threatened Irans youth.

Iranian regime has in numerous times warned and threatened satellite television viewers of arrest and confiscation of their property to keep the people in dark and uniformed to delay an uprising against its medieval regime.
Iran regime police chief has threatened Iran’s youth that the regime’s suppressive forces will take action against people who ’illegally’ produce material for satellite television stations, which are banned in Iran.
'All satellite television activities and programs are monitored, and those who create underground clips which do not conform to the norms of the system will be dealt with,' Revolutionary Guards Brig. Gen. Hossein Ashtari said on Monday in the town of Eslamshahr, south-west of Tehran.
'Creating video clips for satellite television inside the country and airing them abroad is under observation by the police.'

The regime has been working hard to block Iranians’ access to satellite television stations by jamming signals. It aims to prevent the Iranian people from becoming privy to its egregious and nefarious conduct inside and outside of Iran or to be informed of anti-government protest, strikes and other activities by the Iranian Resistance.
However senior officials of the regime have admitted that 40 percent of Iranian families have access to major opposition satellite channel Simaye Azadi.
Operating from Europe, prominent non-profit 24/7 Iranian opposition channel Simaye Azadi, or ‘Iran National Television’ (INTV), broadcasts news and information to Iranians around the world via satellite and the internet.
The regime has stepped up internet censorship, blocking around five million websites dedicated to arts, social issues and news and filtering the contents of blogs and social media. It also tracks down and arrests many online activists inside Iran. Many have therefore turned to INTV as a means of obtaining real information without being traced.
INTV has played a unique role in breaking the mullahs’ censorship and providing the Iranian people with uncensored news and flow of information.
It is banned in Iran for reports that expose the violation of human rights perpetuated by the mullahs and for raising awareness among millions of Iranians of the regime’s fundamentalism, suppression of ethnic minorities, meddling in the affairs of other countries, and particularly about their support for terrorism in Syria, Iraq and elsewhere in the region.
INTV provides constant news, breaking news, talk shows, live question and answer sessions, art and cultural programs, special programs for the youth and women, and political satire to millions of Iranians all across Iran who tune in to watch with their satellite dishes. The Iranian regime’s officials on scores of occasions have warned against the growing popularity of this channel.
Culture Minister Ali Jannati has said that in Tehran, over 70 percent of citizens watch satellite channels.
INTV relies heavily on volunteer work of Iranians all over the world and provides for its expenses solely through donations of Iranians inside and outside of Iran as well as citizens of other countries who support the cause of human rights and freedom in Iran.
Gholamreza Khosravi, an activist of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran, PMOI (Mujahedin-e Khalq, MEK), was executed in Iran on June 1, 2014, on the charge of ‘enmity against God’ for collecting information and giving monetary assistance to the Sima-ye Azadi station.
Simay-e Azadi held its nineteenth fundraising program lasting 46 hours from July 24 to 28. Thousands of Iranians, from all walks of life, and from across Iran and other countries took part in the telethon.
In a similar four-day telethon held by Simay Azadi (INTV) in August 2014, a total of $4.55 million was raised.
