Iran: widespread arrest of cultural, civil activists in Ahvaz

                 
                      Iranian regime increasing crackdown on ordinary people

Reports from Ahvaz indicate that recently an intense security atmosphere has been imposed in Ahvaz, including the Malashie, Zavie, Zargan Kut Abdullah area where regime security forces consider all religious and civil activities illegal, and security forces are arresting innocent people. In some cases even wearing tradition Arab clothing is used as a pretext to arbitrarily arrest the residents.
