Political prisoner Mottahareh Bahrami, a relative of residents in Camp Liberty, was hospitalized in the city of Karaj on Tuesday, March 4th, a step away from being paralyzed. Ms. Bahrami was previously hospitalized some times ago for a few days, but the regime’s henchmen returned her to prison before she could finish her treatment.
Mottahareh Bahrami has been suffering from chronic back problems in prisoner, and due to the lack of treatment and medical care, two of her vertebrates were seriously damaged.
In other related news, the mullahs’ intelligence agents prevented the relatives of Mohsen Daneshpour Moghadam, a relative of Camp Liberty residents, to visit him in Tehran’s Modares Hospital. Political prisoner Mohsen Daneshpour has been suffering from heart disease for a long time in prison. He was transferred to Tehran’s Modarres Hospital on Sunday, March 2nd, as an emergency case due to breathing difficulties and his heart arteries being blocked.
In another inhumane measure the mullahs’ regime has deprived two Iranian Sunni political prisoners held in Evin Prison’s ward 350 from undergoing surgery despite their chronic conditions. One of them is Shahram Ahmadi who had lost his left kidney in the past, and he may also lose his other kidney due to putrefaction and internal bleeding.
The other is Arash Sharifi, whose both eyes are in need of surgery in a medical center outside of prison. However, to this day the regime’s henchmen have deprived him of proper medical care.
