Iran: possible H1A1 influenza spreading in prison

Prisoners in various wards of Minab Central Prison are suffering from a type of influenza that may actually be H1A1.
Currently most of the prisoners are suffering from dizziness, vomiting and bloody diarrhea. In some cases the prisoners are seen vomiting blood.
No official is taking any action in this regard and various wards of this prison are lacking minimum hygiene standards.
Around 600 to 700 prisoners are detained in various wards of this prison and more than 90% are experiencing different symptoms of the cold virus and influenza, according to the prisoners’ families.
Currently many of the prisoners are suffering from this illness. There is no medicine or medical care provided in this prison, and the prison authorities have done nothing to resolve these problems.
