Iran: prisoner held in limbo for 40 months

Atrocious conditions in Iran prisons
Soheil Babadi, a prisoner detained in Rajaie Shahr Prison of Karaj, west of Tehran, remains in a limbo 40 months after he was arrested and the first ruling was issued in a court case related to him.
“His status remains unclarified and he is being held in a ward apart from other political prisoners,” said the wife of this prisoner.
The charges raised against this prisoner are stated as assembly, collusion and insulting the leader.
