Four Kurdish political prisoners in Ghezel Hesar Prison in Karaj, west of Tehran, have surpassed the 75th day of their hunger strike.

In the meantime, the family members of these four inmates on Friday, January 17th, surpassed the 20th day of their own hunger strike. They are all demanding the death sentences issued against the 4 Kurdish political prisoners to be lifted.
