In the meantime reports from hospitals in Tabriz and Mashhad indicate the recent wave of nurses’ protests has been increasing.

The latest reports on Saturday, July 11th indicate that nurses in Tabriz hospitals staged major rallies, while in Mashhad the medical staff of Taleqani, Ghaem and Dr. Sheikh hospitals rallied protesting the regimes’ plundering policies on the nurses’ very low wages.
This wave of nurses’ protests is being held after last year’s major rally outside the regime’s so-called parliament. The cities of Qom and Tabriz were the starting grounds. They went on to spread to the cities of Tehran, Isfahan, Yazd, Kerman, Shiraz, Ahvaz, Khoramabad, Ilam, Kermanshah, Sahne, Malayer, Sanandaj, Hamedan, Orumieh, Zanjan, Rasht, Chalus, Nour, Amol, Karaj and other cities.
