Iran: Women’s suicide a shame on the mullahs’ regime

A 19-year-old woman committed suicide in the Northern Province of Mazandaran and ended her own life.
The state-run media reported this on April 6, adding that she had written a letter to her family and subsequently hanged herself at home.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), out of every 100,000 people in Iran, three women and a man commit suicide, a tragic situation caused by rampant poverty, unemployment and suppression especially of women under the mullahs' rule in Iran.
