HRANA News Agency – Abdolsamad Khoramshahi, lawyer of Fatemeh Moti, the oldest female prisoner in Iran, informed that the Qisas (death sentence) of Fatemeh Moti has been issued.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), quoted from ISNA, Abdolsamad Khoramshahi told: "the oldest female prisoner in Iran, informed that the Qisas (death sentence) of Fatemeh Moti has been issued and informed by 105 barnch of General Court in Shahr-e-Rey, South Tehran."
Fatemeh Moti, known as "the oldest female prisoner in Iran", convicted of murdering "Majid A." has been imprisoned from 1993. The Qisas sentence has been issued several times and been rejected by supreme court and the death sentence is the last verdict for her up to now.
