NCRI observes minute of silence in memory of victims of Paris attacks

NCRI – Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), on Monday, November 16 joined French citizens in observing a minute of silence in memory of the 129 people killed in the armed attacks and massacres in Paris on Friday, November 13.
The NCRI held a memorial in Auvers-sur-Oise, north of Paris, for the victims of the terrorist attack by Islamic fundamentalists.
French citizens as well as officials and supporters of the NCRI attended the memorial held at the Iranian Resistance’s headquarters, where France’s national anthem, the Marseillaise, and the Iranian Resistance’s national anthem were performed as a sign of respect and solidarity among peoples in the ‘common struggle against Islamic fundamentalism.’
Mrs. Rajavi laid flowers and lit candles to remember the victims of Friday’s attack and she condoled the French citizens who attended the ceremony.
Renowned Iranian composer and conductor Mohammad Shams, a member of the NCRI, played a melody on the piano in memory of the victims of the Paris attacks.
