U.S. evaluating sale of cranes to Iran after use in executions


Cranes are used for execution in Iran, not for construction

A European manufacturer of industrial machinery, receiving over $1 billion in contracts from the US government, will be under evaluation following the publication of images showing its cranes being used for public executions in Iran, the Washington Free Beacon reported.
The … company confirmed such use of its cranes but said it is not responsible for directly selling cranes to Iran.
