Khosro Korpur is on hunger strike

HRANA News Agency – The Korpur brothers will be under arrest at least for one more month. Khosro Korpur has gone on a hunger strike.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Khosro Kordpur, the human rights activist is on the hunger strike since 20^th April.
This has caused serious worries since he has no meeting with his family members and no contact with the outer world.
Also his detention has been extended for one more month since 29^th April.
One of their relatives told to HRANA: “The Kordpur family has no news about them for 53 days and they are not allowed to even call home. The agents are putting a huge pressure on their family not to publish any news about them.”
Khosro Kordpur has been arrested on 7^th March in his home and his brother, Masoud Korpur has been arrested the next day following his brother’s case.
Khosro Kordpur is the administrator of the Mokrian news agency publishing news about human rights in Iran.
