                 Unemployment skyrocketing amongst educated youths in Iran

Iranian MP: 3 or 4 unemployed educated youths in some families

Iranian MP Bigleri from the cities of Saghez and Bane made remarks on Sunday regarding the Rouhani government’s inaction and hollow promises.
“In some families there are 3 or 4 unemployed educated youths, and unfortunately this unemployment is a very serious problem in society these days, causing much depression amongst the educated youths in our country. A year after this government has been in power, there is no hope provided for our youth,” he added.

Contractors in western Iran stage protest rally

A group of contractors in Khoramabad, western Iran, protest not having their demands responded to by officials of the state-run Jihad Nasr organization. This rally was staged during the morning hours of Sunday, June 15th, outside this government-run organization on the Kakavand Avenue of this city.
This entity owes nearly 6 billion rials to the contractors, and none of this money has been paid during the past 6 months.

Iran: Bafagh metal ore miners continue sit-ins, protests

On Sunday, June 15th, the strike launched by over 5,000 workers of the Bafagh stone mine workers in Yazd Province continued, with the workers protesting the allocation of this factory to state-run plundering factions. These workers had gone on strike starting Sunday, May 18th.
