Ghalib Company coal miners in Kashan

 Kashan: 2 days strike of coal miners

A number of coal miners if Ghalib Company located in Kashan industrial town, central Iran, stopped working and protested against delayed payments. The workers had previously gone on strike to protest against the same thing and also to condemn the discharging of their co-workers. These workers have 3 months of unpaid salaries left from early this year, and their last month salary has not been paid either.


Tehran: 400 workers of Pars vegetable shortening complain of 2 months delayed salary and insurance payments

As the Iranian New Year gets closer, about 400 workers of Pars vegetable shortening factory went on strike to protest two months of unpaid salaries and insurance benefits.


Tehran: Parand Yarn Factory workers’ protest to the labor ministry incompetency

A group of Parand Yarn Factory workers gathered outside the Labor Ministry on Saturday protesting unfounded layoffs and unpaid salaries. 
One protesting worker said we are protesting against the closure of the factory which has made all of us employed and left in the cold without any money to support our family and especially on the eve of the New Year. Another protesting employee said the factory must reimburse us for the time we have been out of job and pay our backed up salaries.
