Iran regime prevents Iranian Christians from holding Easter Sunday masses

Christian churches are prevented having Easter Sunday Ceremonies

The Suppressive State Organization called the Office of Sanctuaries under the control of State Security Forces, which oversees the activities of Churches and Synagogues in Iran, issued a statement on Sunday banning the holding of Easter Sunday Mass in churches in Urumia, northern Iran.
The statement says: The security would prevent any religious ceremonies held on Eastern Sunday by Christians. The State Security has emphasized that such ceremonies cannot be held in public places and with large gatherings. Anybody who wants to hold such religious ceremony is only allowed to have that in his private house and among the family itself.
