Iran: Protest gathering of families of political prisoners and human rights activists in Tehran

Demonstration outside Iran Bar Association to free Narges Mohammadi
A group of families of political prisoners and human rights activists gathered on Monday in front of Iran Bar Association in Tehran. The demonstrators demanded the freedom of Ms. Narges Mohammadi who is currently in the notorious Evin Prison 
Ms. Narges Mohammadi, lawyer and human rights activist was arrested at her house on May 5th for being outspoken in defense of human rights in Iran. 
Amnesty International issued an urgent action appeal calling on the Iranian regime to immediately free Ms. Narges Mohammadi. According to the AI, the security forces threatened to break down the front door of her house, if she refused to open the door on them. Amnesty considers Ms. Mohammadi as a prisoner of conscious which has been incarcerated for her human rights activism.
The demonstrators in front of the Bar Association in Tehran chanted 'Free political prisoner.'.
