Iran: Coronavirus Death Toll in 480 Cities Exceeds 215,200


 • Acknowledging the beginning of the fourth wave of COVID-19 outbreak, Rouhani continuing with his lies about the vaccine, said, “It is not clear how long will this vaccine provide immunity, 3 months, 6 months or a year, neither is it clear which vaccine is more effective.”

• Alireza Reisi, the spokesperson for the National Coronavirus Combat Taskforce (NCCT): 40 cities in the provinces of West Azerbaijan, East Azerbaijan, Isfahan, Khuzestan, South Khorasan, Kerman, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, Golestan, Gilan, and Mazandaran are in orange situation. • Isfahan University of Medical Sciences: The number of hospitalizations in the Province has increased by 15% compared to the final week of January. (IRNA, February 13, 2021)

The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) announced on Saturday, February 13, 2021, that the Coronavirus death toll in 480 cities had exceeded 215,200. The number of victims in Tehran is 51,601, Isfahan 13,785, Khuzestan 10,785, Qom 8,220, West Azerbaijan 7,963, Gilan 7,681, Fars 6,472, Alborz 5,453, Hamedan 5,098, Kerman 4,779, Kermanshah 4,414, Yazd 3,957, Semnan 3,245, Ardabil 2,672, and Hormozgan 2,315.
