Iran: inmate condemned to death for contacting Pol prisoners

Omid Rahmani an ordinary prisoner in Urumieh Central Prison has been sentenced to 3 months and 1 day in prison for having contacts with political prisoners in this facility and charges of propaganda against the state. It is worth noting that political prisoners detained in Urumieh Central Prison are actually in isolated conditions and have no right to come in contact with any other inmate.
The ruling for Rahmani was issued based on reports written by Ministry of Intelligence agents and Urumieh’s Branch 2 court ruled this verdict.
