Gohar Eshghi, mother of Sattar Beheshti, a web logger who was killed under torture by the Iranian regime’s interrogators at Evin prison earlier this year met with Amir Aslani’s mother this week to comfort her for her loss. 
Amir Aslani, a former prisoner of conscious has recently been executed by the Iranian regime. During her meeting, Gohar Eshghi expressed condolence and tried to comfort Amir-Aslani’s mother and hoped for patients and endurance for her. Mrs Eshghi said; 'we never were active in politics before, but since my son’s death under torture, I have become politically active and will not be silenced. I will raise my voice everywhere and inform people of the atrocities by this regime. 
Mohsen Amir-Aslani’s mother also expressed deep grieve and anger regarding her son’s execution and said in our last visit with him before the execution, Mohsen was trying to comfort us by saying that he felt relieved and he knew that he was going to see his God.
The two mothers vowed to continue their fight for a free and democratic Iran.
