Iran: mullahs’ public prosecutor attacked in southwestern city

According to state-run media outlets, Alireza Bavi, the mullahs’ criminal public prosecutor of the southwestern city of Khoramshar, was attacked and gunned down on Friday night in the city of Ahvaz. He was quickly rushed to a hospital. Mohammad Bagher Olfat, the regime’s general prosecutor of Khuzestan Province, confirmed this report and told the regime’s Ministry of Intelligence-run ‘Mehr’ news agency, “The attack against the Khoramshahr public prosecutor took place with a hunting gun, with many pellets hitting his face”.
“This issue is being investigated by relevant units,” said Ghodratollah Dehghan, the regime’s deputy general prosecutor of Khuzestan Province.
This criminal public prosecutor in the city of Khoramshar was directly involved in issuing numerous death sentences and imprisoning many youths in this city.
