Iran: workers, drivers stage protests in five different cities

Aslaviya in Bushehr:
Workers of the Fars Petrochemical Engineering Company in Aslaviya of Bushehr in southern Iran staged a gathering on Saturday, March 17th, outside the company office protesting their low wages.
Farrokhshahr:
A number of workers in the Kuhrang Fallat Industrial Group in Chahar Mahal & Bakhtiari rallied on Saturday, May 17th outside the company office demanding returning to work and receiving their insurance benefits.
Shahr-e Kord:
Workers of the Karoon Sugar Cube Company in this city held a rally outside the governor office and protested not being paid for the past three months.
Islam Shahr:
Workers of the Khalij Fars Company staged a gathering on Friday, May 16th, protesting their paychecks being delayed and a group of their colleagues being expelled from work.
Kermanshah:Taxi drivers in this city rallied on Thursday, May 25th outside the taxi drivers’ organization office in this city, protesting low taxi rates and increasing gasoline prices.
