Political prisoner Reza Shahabi surpassed the 48th day of his hunger strike on Friday, July 18th. Iranian regime authorities have kept him chained to his hospital bed despite his serious pains in the chest, spinal cord and neck. Reza Shahabi is suffering from internal bleeding and physicians still cannot undergo surgery.
