Michael Mann, spokesman of EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton, said the P5+1 is against any partial and weak agreement with Iran.
The round of nuclear negotiations between the West and Iran will be tough and very complicated, he said in an interview with Asharq al-Awsat, adding this phase of the negotiations will have every issue discussed in the past talks. Mann also emphasized the P5+1 will not allow the signing of a partial agreement. The position of this group in the negotiations is that not making an agreement is better than making a partial and somewhat weak agreement.
