Branch 26 of Tehran’s so-called courts, following up one of the cases against political prisoner Arzhang Davoudi, has issued a new ruling for two more years behind bars for this resistant political prisoner, incoming reports indicate.
Arzhang Davoudi’s case in Tehran’s 26th district court is just one of the files issued against this political prisoner by the Iran ian regime authorities. Allegations raised against Davoudi in this case include disrupting order in ward 209 of Tehran’s notorious Evin Prison . Delivering speeches for his neighbor cellmates, giving reports on his status, provoking prisoners to resist and writing slogans against Khamenei in the prison bathroom are among the allegations raised against Davoudi.
It is worth noting that political prisoner Arzhang Davoudi, whose main charges are supporting thePMOI and he is accused of moharebe (enmity against God) by the mullahs’ regime for this very reason, is currently detained in Bandar Abbas Central Prison (southern Iran). Davoudi was taken blindfolded to branch 3 of the regime’s so-called courts in Bandar Abbas on June 2nd to face his charges. The inhumane regime, literally hating this political prisoner, is continuously seeking to initiate new plots to keep him behind bars.
