Iran: 10 provinces facing serious water shortage problems

Water shortage is threatening half of the country
While the water mismanagement by the Iranian regime mullahs has caused d dramatic drought in most part of Iran, one senior water distribution official claimed that the provinces of Ilam, South Khorasan, Khuzestan, Zanjan, Sistan & Baluchistan, Ghazvin, Kerman, Kermanshah, Yazd and Kohgilaviye & Buyer Ahmad are facing “serious water tensions”. In addition to this 17 other provinces are facing “water tension” problems, he added.
Serious water tension is a condition more dire than water shortage and the consumption of water is much higher than the amount stored. This means if consumers don’t lower their water consumption there will be serious problems surfacing. Drought is threatening 500 cities and towns in Iran, according to the Minister of Labor.
