Iraq's Human Rights Minister meets with Iran regime’s MOIS and QF hireling

NCRI - Iranian regime’s media and Iraq's Human Rights Ministry Website announced that on June 14, Mehdi Bayati, Iraq’ Minister of Human Rights, met with Iranian regime’s ministry of intelligence (MOIS) and terrorist Qods Force (QF) hirelings who had been transferred to Iraq under pretext of Camp Liberty residents’ families. Bayati is a member of the Badr terrorist group and is under the command of Iranian regime’s QF.
According to Iraq's Human Rights Ministry Website, this country’s Human Rights Minister Bayati has repeated Iranian regime’s absurd falsifications against the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) and has claimed: “After 2003… Iraq has treated the terrorist PMOI members humanely despite the bloody history of this organization in Iraq during the era of the toppled dictatorial regime.” Fars New Agency, affiliated with the revolutionary guards (IRGC), similarly wrote: “Bayati noted that according to reliable information, PMOI’s senior officials use coercion to prevent members from meeting with their families.”
This is not the first time that Bayati has demonstrated his enmity with PMOI members in Camp Liberty by repeating false allegations and paves the way for their massacre. His Human Rights Ministry Website reported on 24 November 2014: “PMOI members do not have refugee status and their stay in Iraq is an illegal matter since they have assisted the former dictatorial regime in committing the most heinous crimes against the Iraqi people.” Likewise, on 16 November 2014 he had stated: “The presence of members of this organization on Iraqi soil is illegal; thus their expulsion from Iraq should to be hastened.”
Previously, he had discussed organizing and employing Iranian regime’s hirelings against the PMOI members in Camp Liberty with UN officials and the ambassador or Iranian regime which met strong protests from the Iranian Resistance in the several letters they wrote to UN and U.S. officials.
The hirelings that met with Bayati on June 14 have been transferred to Iraq by MOIS and regime’s embassy in Baghdad. On June 9 and 10, these hirelings were transferred to Camp Liberty by elements of the Governmental Committee tasked to suppress Ashraf and were stationed in a place near Liberty called Beit Baghdadi. Prior, on April 14 and 21, another group of hirelings had been taken to Camp Liberty.
The official and overt intervention of the Human Rights Ministry and the use of governmental facilities to serve these hirelings is yet another dangerous step against Camp Liberty especially that the Iranian regime has concurrently resorted to measures in its media to prepare the ground for suppressing the residents.
On June 13, an MOIS website called “Mojahedin” wrote: “Iraqi people will go after the PMOI once they finish off ISIS terrorists and will take revenge for their fathers, brothers and sisters from them.”
In an absurd and totally fabricated report quoting “knowledgeable Western diplomatic sources”, the IRGC news agency (Fars) wrote on June 15: “So far, PMOI has sent a large number of its elements to Mosul to assist ISIS… Turkish airplanes have transferred these people to Turkey and from there they have joined ISIS in Mosul, and Free [Syrian] Army and Jabhat al-Nusrah in Syria. Also some of these people have joined an operations room that the former head of Saudi Arabia intelligence has set up in Jordanian and Syrian borders. In this operations room some military, security and intelligence commanders from the United States, France, Saudi Arabia and Jordan are also active”!
Based on repeated and written commitments of the unites states government and the United Nations to the wellbeing and security of Liberty residents, the Iranian Resistance calls on them to urge Government of Iraq to stop inimical measures by Iraq's Human Rights Ministry against residents of Camp Liberty and not allow the Iranian regime to employ the facilities of the Iraqi government for the psychological torture of residents who are all refugees who enjoy international protections, and to prepare the grounds for another slaughter.
