Dans la soirée du 30 juillet 2016, Maryam Radjavi présidente élue de la Résistance iranienne a rencontré Mahmoud Abbas, président de l’Autorité palestinienne. Ils se sont entretenus sur les crises qui secouent la région.
Le président Mahmoud Abbas a souligné la nécessité de combattre l’intégrisme et le terrorisme dans la région et informé Mme Radjavi des derniers événements au Moyen-Orient, en particulier ceux ayant trait à la Palestine et à l’initiative de la France dans ce domaine.

Young Iranians desire freedom from religious tyranny

The young generation of Iran desire freedom from religious tyranny, says a teenage dissident who recently fled Iran and has joined the ranks of the Resistance movement.
Iranian opposition activist Paria Kohandel, 18, made the remarks at the “Free Iran” convention in Paris earlier this month. Paria’s father Saleh Kohandel is a political prisoner in the notorious Gohardasht (Rajai-Shahr) Prison in Karaj, north-west of Tehran, over his support for the main Iranian opposition group, the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI, Mujahedin Khalq, MEK).
"I used to watch this gathering every year when I was in Iran. I used to tune into the opposition’s television channel (Simay-e Azadi) to catch a glimpse of the annual [Free Iran] gathering. I could only watch it on TV. But, being personally present here and seeing the incredible size of it firsthand is totally different than watching it on TV. It’s an absolutely different experience," Paria Kohandel said at the huge gathering in Paris on July 9.

Iran regime demolishes people’s homes in impoverished village

 The Iranian regime this week demolished the homes of numerous residents of an impoverished village situated on Iran’s south-eastern shores in Sistan and Baluchestan Province.
The incident occurred on Wednesday, July 27, in Komb-e Moradabad Village in the Central District of Chabahar County. The repressive state security forces from the police station (Division 12) in Golshahr, Chabahar, moved in with bulldozers and destroyed the residents’ houses, leaving them homeless.
The mullahs' regime claims that these houses were built illegally. Eye-witnesses said that the police forces started destroying the houses without a warrant and with total disregard as the deprived residents were begging and pleading with them to stop.

Ethnic Iranian Azeri political prisoner begins hunger strike

Ethnic Iranian Azeri political prisoner, Ebrahim Nouri, went on hunger strike this week in Ahar Prison, in north-west Iran, according to local reports.
He wrote a letter announcing that he was beginning his hunger strike on Thursday, July 28.
He wrote: "The legal conduct has been my path to struggle from the moment of arrest until now. Unfortunately, due to lack of legal consequence, I will embark on a political conduct in addition to my legal conduct in the second phase. Therefore, for the realization of our legitimate rights and to achieve the proper result, I will go on hunger strike and I will not stop my protest even I reach the brink of death.”

Les azéris organisent des manifestations dans les principales villes iraniennes

Le 28 juillet des milliers de Turcs iraniens à Téhéran, Tabriz, Orumiyeh, Zanjān, Ahar, Khoy et Ardebil ont organisé des manifestations pour protester contre le dénigrement des Azéris par les médias d'Etat.
La manifestation à Téhéran a eu lieu sur la Place Toopkhaneh. A Orumiyeh, des milliers de manifestants en colère se sont rendus aux intersections d’Ata’ii et de Sardaran pour protester. Ils ont été attaqués par des unités anti-émeutes qui ont tiré des balles en plastique sur la foule. Des jeunes se sont engagés dans des échauffourées avec les Force de sécurité de l’Etat.

On the anniversary of the massacre of some 30,000 political prisoners in Iran, July 26, the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) looks back on the events that led to tens of thousands of political prisoners held in jails across Iran being summarily and extra-judicially executed in 1988.
“There are strong indications that Khomeini’s fatwa, which led to the massacre of some 30,000 political prisoners in Iran, was issued on July 26, 1988”, according to the NCRI.
Further, “The Iranian regime has never acknowledged these executions, or provided any information as to how many prisoners were killed.”

Wife of Iran political prisoner arrested for filming Iran protest

In the course of major anti-regime protests by thousands of ethnic Iranian Azeris in north-west Iran this week, a number of protesters were attacked and arrested by the regime’s anti-riot units.
Roqieh Alizadeh, wife of political prisoner Abbas Lesani, was arrested on Tuesday while she was filming a protest in Tabriz, the provincial capital of Iran’s Eastern Azerbaijan Province. The suppressive forces also confiscated her mobile phone.

Iran : 52 exécutions en 17 jours

Neuf prisonniers ont été pendus le 27 juillet 2016 dans les prisons d’Orumiyeh, Mashhad, Yazd et Téhéran. Six d'entre eux ont été pendus ensemble à la prison centrale d’Orumiyeh. Le 20 juillet, neuf prisonniers ont été pendus à Gohardasht et dans la prison centrale de Karaj, et le 23 juillet, trois prisonniers l’ont été dans la prison centrale de Racht.
Un autre prisonnier a été pendu en public dans la ville de Songhor (dans l’ouest de la province de Kermanchah).

La famille de Zargaran a démandé qu’elle soit libérée pour le traitement, mais les agents du ministère du renseignement du régime s’y sont opposés.

L'Iran a pendu sept prisonniers en une seule journée

Le régime fondamentaliste iranien a pendu mercredi un groupe de six prisonniers dans une prison du nord-ouest de l'Iran, et un septième prisonnier dans le nord-est du pays. Les six hommes ont été pendus à 2h du matin le 27 juillet dans la prison centrale de la ville de Orumieh (Urmia), la capitale provinciale de la province d'Azerbaïdjan occidental de l'Iran.

Les agents du ministère du Renseignement iranien (Vevak) ont convoqué Maryam Olangi au bureau du Procureur de Téhéran le 24 juillet 2016. Mme Olangi a été arrêtée et transférée à la prison d'Evine.
Nargess Dogmechi, la fille de Mme Olangi, est membre de l'Organisation des Moudjahidine du Peuple d’Iran. Son père, un marchand réputé et populaire du bazar de Téhéran, a été arrêté en 2010 et condamné à une peine de 10 ans pour avoir aidé financièrement les familles des prisonniers politiques et parce que sa fille avait rejoint l'opposition à Achraf en Irak. M. Dogmechi qui avait un cancer, a énormément souffert en prison parce qu'on a refusé de le soigner et il a agonisé jusqu'à son décès.

Des femmes arrêtées en Iran pour avoir fait du vélo en public

Le régime fondamentaliste de l'Iran a arrêté mardi un groupe de femmes pour avoir fait du vélo en public dans la ville de Marivan située au nord-ouest, dans la province iranienne du Kurdistan. L'incident a eu lieu le 26 Juillet alors qu’un groupe de femmes avait l'intention de participer à un événement sportif en faisant du vélo du Stade de Sport de la ville jusqu’au Lac Zaribar.

Iran political prisoner on hunger strike in critical condition

Iranian political prisoner, Rasoul Hardani is in critical condition on Monday after 23 days of hunger strike in Gohardasht Prison in Karaj, north-west of Tehran.
He started his hunger strike on July 2, 2016 to protest against the inhuman conditions of prison and the illegal procedure of his imprisonment.
Rasoul Hardani had been imprisoned for almost 17 years and based on the sentenced he had received he ought to have been released last July but the mullahs’ judiciary refused to release him.
While a doctor has issued a notice stating he ought to be transferred to hospital, the criminal head of the prison has prevented Hardani’s transfer.
In the meantime, the political prisoners of Gohardasht Prison in Hall 12, have sent a statement to international human rights organizations and institutions, asking them to intervene to save this prisoner's life.

Iran regime guards attack death row prisoners in Ghezel Hesar Prison

Prison guards at the notorious Ghezel Hesar Prison in Karaj, north-west of Tehran, brutally attacked inmates in the death row ward earlier this week.
 With black masks covering their faces the vicious guards attacked the prisoners on Monday (July 18) in order to create a climate of fear, according to reports from inside the prison.
 The prisoners said that such brutal measures are meant to scare prisoners and stop them from revolting in prison.

Save the Kurd scholar from execution in Iran

 Human right activists have launched a campaign to save the life of the Kurdish scholar Shahram Ahmadi who was sentenced to death in Iran.
The Office of the Supreme Judiciary in Iran confirmed the death sentence issued by the Revolutionary Court against Ahmadi in 2012, after a trial which did not take minutes.
Ahmadi has been sentenced to death in Iran due to his activism as a Sunni Muslim and a Kurd.
Members of ethnic or religious minorities in Iran who engage in criticism of the government are singled out by authorities for particularly harsh treatment.
Ahmadi, 41, was shot and wounded during his arrest by intelligence agents on April 26, 2009, an event that coincided with Ali Khamenei’s visit to Sanandaj in Kurdistan Province.

150 boys and girls arrested near Iran capital for attending mixed-gender party

Iran's fundamentalist regime arrested 150 boys and girls for attending a mixed-gender birthday party near the capital Tehran, the regime’s local police commander said on Monday.
The arrests took place at an overnight party in a garden in the vicinity of Islamshahr, south-west of Tehran, according to Colonel Mohsen Khancherli, the regime's police commander for the west of Tehran Province.
Khancherli told the Tasnim news agency, affiliated to the regime's terrorist Revolutionary Guards Quds Force, on Monday (July 25): "After we obtained a report about a mixed-gender party in a garden in the vicinity of Islamshahr in the west of Tehran Province, an operation was carried out by the police and another organization, leading to the arrest of dozens of boys and girls."

UK: Human rights situation in Iran has worsened

NCRI - The human rights situation in Iran has worsened in the past six months, the United Kingdom has said.

In its 'Human Rights Priority Country update report' for January to June 2016, published on July 21, the UK's Foreign and Commonwealth Office said:
"There has been little change in the human rights situation in Iran between January and June 2016. In many respects, the situation has worsened, despite President Rouhani pledging to improve the rights and freedoms of the citizens of Iran when he was elected."

Iran regime hangs three in prison; man set to be hanged in public on Monday

NCRI – Iran’s fundamentalist regime on Saturday hanged three prisoners in a jail in northern Iran. The regime is set to hang a man in public on Monday.
In a statement on Saturday, the regime’s judiciary in Gilan Province, northern Iran, announced that the three prisoners were hanged in the presence of judicial officials in the Central Prison of Rasht. They were identified only by their initials and ages: F. B., 40; A. M., 32; and H. D., 31.
An unidentified prisoner will be hanged in public in the town of Songhor, western Iran, at dawn on Monday, state media reported.

Commemorating 30,000 political prisoners massacred in 1988

The big wave of execution of political prisoners in 1988 is the worst case of human rights violations in Iran. Khomeini stated in July of that year: “Those prisoners who have insisted and continue to insist on their position to support Monafeqin (Mojahedin) are Mohareb (enemy of God) and are condemned to death. If the person at any stage maintains his/her support for the Monafeqin (Mojahedin), the sentence is execution. Annihilate the enemies of Islam immediately..."

Iran's regime destroys 100,000 satellite dishes in crackdown

Iran has destroyed 100,000 satellite dishes and receivers as part of a widespread crackdown against the illegal devices that authorities say are morally damaging, a news website reported.
The destruction ceremony took place in Tehran in the presence of General Mohammad Reza Naghdi, head of Iran's Basij militia.

German police: One dead, two injured in machete attack

Berlin (AFP, July 24, 2016) - A woman was killed and two people injured by a 21-year-old man armed with a machete on Sunday in the southwest German city of Reutlingen, the local police said.
The man, who has been detained, 'had a dispute' with the woman and killed her 'with a machete' before injuring a second woman and a man, according to a police statement that offered no explanation on the cause of the attack.

More Arrests of Iranian Youths for Mixed Gender Partying

Authorities in Iran have arrested at least 50 young men and women who attended a mixed-gender party.
'Families must be more vigilant regarding their children to make sure they do not end up in such circumstances”, says Mojtaba Vahedi, the head of the judiciary in Damavand, east of Tehran.
A report on Friday, July 22, by the state-run Tasnim news agency said more than 50 young men and women were arrested at a party that was organized via social networking.

Iranian pol. prisoner goes on hunger strike, stops taking medicine

Iranian political prisoner Arzhang Davoodi has gone on hunger strike since July 17 and has stopped taking his medications in protest to the deplorable situation of fellow inmates.
Mr. Davoodi is incarcerated in the notorious Gohardasht (Rajai Shahr) Prison in Karaj, north-west of Tehran.
Having announced his hunger strike, Arzhang Davoodi wrote a statement about the inhumane conditions of the prisoners and the widespread corruption by the regime: 'I will not stop my hunger strike unless the prisoners' condition improves. The prisoners' condition must come under the spotlight by the international human rights bodies. The special rapporteur of the UN Human Rights Council must insist on being allowed to visit the prisons in Iran and to inquire about the abnormal and inhuman conditions. The mullahs' fabrications and accusations, the lawsuits and the spread of corruption, addiction and other serious issues such as incurable illnesses must be revealed.”

Bahrain busts weapons depot, five men arrested for planning bombings with training in Iran

Bahraini authorities on Thursday said it discovered a weapons depot and arrested five suspects who confessed to have received military training in Iran and Iraq.
The suspects were planning to carry out multiple bombings in the country, Xinhua quoted an interior ministry statement.
'The arrestees were found to have turned their homes into storage areas for bomb-making materials,' the statement said.
It said the suspects also confessed to have received intensive military training in Iranian Revolutionary Guard and Iraqi Hezbollah camps.
Among the confiscations were weapons, remote control and communication devices and batteries typically used in the detonation of bombs.
Mobile phones, telephone chips, electronic keys and wires were also found.

Le régime iranien pend neuf personnes dans les prisons de Karaj

Le régime fondamentaliste iranien a pendu neuf autres prisonniers mercredi dans la ville de Karaj, au nord-ouest de Téhéran. Le régime a pendu six prisonniers dans la sinistre prison iranienne de Gohardacht (Rajai - Shahr).Cinq des prisonniers ont été identifiés comme étant Mohsen Khan-Mohammadi, Mehdi Keshavarz, Alireza Rezai, Saeid Teymoori et Jalil Ramezani.
Une sixième victime n'a pas été nommée, mais a seulement été identifiée comme étant un citoyen afghan.
Par ailleurs, trois autres prisonniers ont été pendus le même jour au pénitencier de Karaj. Aucun de leurs noms n’a été donné.
Le régime des mollahs a pendu 18 prisonniers durant le week-end, y compris deux cas en public. Une femme se trouvait parmi ceux pendus dimanche.

La Résistance iranienne appelle à une action urgente pour sauver la vie des prisonniers politiques malades en grève de la faim

La Résistance iranienne appelle toutes les organisations internationales des droits de l´Homme, notamment le Commissaire aux droits de l'Homme et les Rapporteurs spéciaux des Nations Unies sur la torture et le droit à la vie, à prendre des mesures urgentes pour la libération inconditionnelle des prisonniers politiques qui sont dans un état critique en raison de leur grève de la faim ou de la souffrance liées à des maladies chroniques.
Le fascisme religieux au pouvoir en Iran a accru la pression sur les prisonniers politiques et les a privés de leurs droits les plus élémentaires, y compris le droit d'appeler les membres de leur famille, de suivre leurs affaires juridiques et d´avoir un procès équitable, des soins et un traitement médical, ce qui est reconnu dans les lois même du régime.

Le 18 juillet 1994, une explosion pulvérisait le bâtiment abritant les principales institutions juives d'Argentine, faisant 85 morts et 300 blessés. 22 ans plus tard, aucun coupable n'a encore été arrêté pour cet attentat, le plus meurtrier de l'histoire du pays.

Iran: Clashes over water continued with at least 1 killed and about 200 wounded

Exclusive, July 20, 2016-Iranian state news agency revealed that clashes that started on Tuesday in the city of Boldaji, in Chahr-mahal-Bakhtiari province between residents and suppressive security forces have continued on Wednesday, July 20, 2016. Iran: Political prisoners denied vital medical care

Iran’s authorities are callously toying with the lives of prisoners of conscience and other political prisoners by denying them adequate medical care,
putting them at grave risk of death, permanent disability or other irreversible damage to their health, according to a new report by Amnesty International published July 18, 2016.
The report, Health taken hostage: Cruel denial of medical care in Iran’s prisons, provides a grim snapshot of health care in the country’s prisons. It presents strong evidence that the judiciary, in particular the Office of the Prosecutor, and prison administrations deliberately prevent access to adequate medical care, in many cases as an intentional act of cruelty intended to intimidate, punish or humiliate political prisoners, or to extract forced “confessions” or statements of “repentance” from them.

Iran: Christian woman in peril after two weeks of hunger strike

Prisoner of conscience Maryam Naghash Zargaran is in dire health conditions on the 14^th day of her unlimited hunger strike. She went on hunger strike to protest security forces' denying her unconditional release from prison.
Ms. Zargaran, 35, was arrested in winter 2013 after being summoned on the charge of acting against national security. Her residence was simultaneously raided.
She was later charged with dissemination of anti-government propaganda and subsequently sentenced to 4 years in prison.
Ms. Zargaran has been detained since July 15, 2013, in Evin Prison, except for a short leave that she won after 11 days of hunger strike to receive treatment for her various illnesses.

Rama Yade plaide pour l’abolition de la peine de mort en Iran

 

Rama Yade, ancienne Secrétaire d’Etat aux Droits de l’Homme, a pris la parole lors du grand rassemblement des amis du peuple iranien au Bourget le 9 juillet dernier. Elle était accompagnée de dizaines de personnalités et de défenseurs des droits de l’Homme des quatre coins du globe, aux côtés de Maryam Radjavi, présidente du Conseil National de la Résistance Iranienne.

Plusieurs personnalités françaises étaient au grand rendez-vous, organisé sous le thème « Pour un Iran Libre », notamment les députés Dominique Lefebvre et Michel Terrot, le sénateur-maire du Bourget Vincent Capo-Canellas, la sénatrice Evelyne Yonnet-Salvator, Alain Vivien, ancien ministre, Gilbert Mitterrand, Président de la Fondation France-Liberté-Danielle Mitterrand, Mgr Jacques Gaillot … qui ont exprimé leur soutien au combat du peuple iranien pour la liberté et le changement de régime.

Maryam Radjavi appelle la communauté internationale à condamner la flambée des exécutions en Iran

a présidente-élue de la Résistance iranienne, Maryam Radjavi, a appelé la communauté internationale à condamner l'augmentation sans précédent des exécutions collectives et arbitraires en Iran.
« L’augmentation frénétique des exécutions survient au moment où le régime des mollahs a organisé une attaque à la roquette contre le camp Liberty il y a deux semaines pour massacrer les membres de la Résistance iranienne en Irak, a-t-elle. Au cours de la semaine écoulée, au moins 30 prisonniers ont été exécutés collectivement dans différentes villes iraniennes et dans certains cas, pendus en public.
Seize de ces prisonniers ont été exécutés que dans la seule journée de dimanche 17 juillet. »

La Résistance iranienne se félicite de la condamnation d’un agent du ministère du Renseignement du régime iranien (Vevak) pour avoir espionné l'organisation des Moudjahidine du peuple d'Iran (OMPI / MEK) et le Conseil national de la Résistance iranienne (CNRI). Elle appelle le gouvernement allemand et les autres pays européens à mettre un terme aux activités des agents du Vevak sur leurs sols, et de les poursuivre, punir et expulser de l’Europe.

Shahram Ahmadi has been subjected to brutal torture whilst he has been in prison. The Iranian regime executed his brother in 2012.
URGENT CALL TO: Amnesty International United Nations Human Rights Watch take action to save his life.
 He is a Sunni Kurd prisoner on death row currently imprisoned in Iran's Rajai Shahr Prison. Throughout his imprisonment he has constantly been put through torture and now according to reports, he is in imminent risk of execution.
His brother was executed by the Iranian regime in 2012.

Iran regime's denial of medical care to political prisoners is cruel and utterly indefensible

Amnesty International: Iran’s authorities are callously toying with the lives of prisoners of conscience and other political prisoners by denying them adequate medical care, putting them at grave risk of death, permanent disability or other irreversible damage to their health, according to a new report by Amnesty International published today.
The report, Health taken hostage: Cruel denial of medical care in Iran’s prisons, provides a grim snapshot of health care in the country’s prisons. It presents strong evidence that the judiciary, in particular the Office of the Prosecutor, and prison administrations deliberately prevent access to adequate medical care, in many cases as an intentional act of cruelty intended to intimidate, punish or humiliate political prisoners, or to extract forced “confessions” or statements of “repentance” from them.

Thousands rally for Turkey president after coup fails

ANKARA, Business Recorder Sunday, 17 July 2016 - Thousands took to the streets of Turkey Saturday in support of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, after authorities crushed a military coup that claimed at least 265 lives.
After facing down the bloodiest challenge to his 13-year rule, Erdogan triumphantly addressed flag-waving supporters in Istanbul following Friday's chaos in the strategic NATO member of 80 million people.
The authorities blamed Fethullah Gulen, a US-based cleric who is Erdogan's arch enemy, for the plot and lost no time in rounding up 2,839 soldiers over alleged involvement, amid global alarm over the extent of the retribution.
