Iran: female political prisoner deprived of necessary

Political prisoner Zeinab Jalalian
Zeinab Jalali, arrested in 2007 on charges of “moharebe” (enmity against God), has been suffering from eye illnesses since past few months and may go blind if she doesn’t receive proper medical care and surgery for her eyes.
An informed source said after a few months no action has been taken by prison authorities or judiciary officials for this female prison.
Jalalian was born in 1982 and first sentenced to execution and then decreased to life in jail, as media reports indicated. However, to this day there have been no reports of she herself being informed of her ruling and this prisoner remains in a limbo in Khuy Prison.
She has gone on hunger strike many times protesting her conditions.
