NCRI - In the past two weeks, the Iranian regime has on three occasions sent agents of its Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS) and terrorist Quds Force to Camp Liberty, near Baghdad, to torment several thousand members of the main Iranian opposition group People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran, PMOI (Mujahedin-e Khalq, MEK).
The agents are posing as relatives of PMOI (MEK) members in Camp Liberty. They were taken to Camp Liberty by the Iranian regime’s embassy in Baghdad and the Iraqi Governmental Committee tasked to suppress the camp residents headed by Iraq's National Security Advisor Faleh Fayyad using a minibus escorted by Iraqi security forces. The agents were stationed at the entrance to the police station in Camp Liberty to continue the psychological torture of the residents.
