Kazem Dehghan, Mohammad-Ali Shamshirzan, Hamid-Reza Arayesh
The mullahs’ Supreme Court approved a verdict issued by a lower court in Shiraz for 7 Gonabadi’s Dervishes accusing them of 'enmity with God.' According to this verdict, 3 Gonabadi Dervishes are sentenced to life in exile, and 4 others to 28 years in exile. They are identified as Kazim Dehghan, Hamid Reza Arayesh, Mohammad Ali Shamshirzan, Mohammad Ali Dehghan, Mohammad Ali Sadeghi, Ibrahim Bahrami, and Mohsen Ismaeeli.
They are accused of 'Moharebeh' (enmity with God). But Kazim Dehghan, Hamid Reza Arayesh and Mohammad Ali Shamshirzan are also accused of 'being members of an outlawed group, organizeing gatherings and colluding with the aim of disrupting the state security'.
This is the second time that regime’s Supreme Court is issuing such a verdict by calling the Gonabadi Dervishes as part of an outlaw group whose membership is against the law.
