Iranian regime henchmen prevent medical care to my brother in Gohardasht prison

It was in the news on Tuesday Jan. 6th that my brother, Abolghasem Fooladvand, a political prisoner in Gohardasht prison, Karaj, west of Tehran was denied medical treatment by a brutal judge who oversees the political and security issues in that prison. Judge Khodabakhshi has prevented my brother and many other political prisoners who are suffering from multiple illnesses, due to brutal and barbaric torture treatment in the prison, from receiving proper medical attention. 
This is despite the fact that my brother has received an official recommendation from the prison clinic to be transferred to outside hospital for major surgery and all preliminary and so called 'legal' requirements have been considered, but…
This is another side to the same coin of the medical siege in Camp Liberty and previously in Camp Ashraf. And of course, in much greater scale is the story of a nation that has been facing since the emergence of this barbaric regime from the first day that Khomeini stepped in to Iran nearly 35 years ago until today, a nation that has been deprived of its freedom, democracy, human rights, social dignity and security and the rule of the people. 
Those who now rule my country, where a 26-year-old women is hanged and held by the noose for over one hour just because she defended her honor against a sexual assault by an intelligence ministry agent, are no better than the history’s grate tyrants such as Hitler Genghis Khan…
