Mehrdad Amin Vaziri, an activist and a defender of workers’ rights who was arrested by the infamous intelligence ministry agents on Monday Jan. 5th in protest to his illegal and unjustified arrest went on hunger strike. His family was informed of his poor health condition following an attempt to visit him in the in the prison where he is being interrogated by Sanandaj intelligence ministry agents. He has been moved to the prison clinic to evaluate his poor health due to hunger strike.
