Sheikh Mohammad Taha Hamdoon, spokesman of the six uprising Iraqi provinces, accused the Iranian regime of instigating religious tension in Iraq.
“The Samara explosion was carried out by the Iranian regime and to instigate religious sedition,” he said in an interview with Baghdad TV interview.
“These remarks were mentioned by former Multi-National Force commander George Casey in a gathering held by the PMOI…” he added.
